LABUR is supporting a major digital modernization effort for a client following a strategic acquisition. They are seeking a highly technical Delivery Manager / Tech Lead / Architect to guide platform integration strategy and ensure cohesive operation of digital environments.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of digital integration initiatives, ensuring web properties are successfully migrated and aligned

Provide architectural and technical guidance across front-end and back-end components (Adobe, front-end frameworks, APIs, SAP storefront)

Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and digital operations teams to ensure cohesive, secure, and scalable integration

Lead solution reviews, technical discussions, and decision-making related to system compatibility, environment alignment, and modernization

Evaluate integration risks and propose scalable solutions that maintain performance, security, and architectural consistency

Support ongoing post-acquisition alignment related to platform consolidation, digital experience, and technology stack strategy

Required

Strong experience with Adobe technologies, including AEM and Adobe Edge (deep AEM expertise strongly preferred)

Knowledge of Angular and modern front-end development practices

Experience with SAP Storefront or similar enterprise commerce platforms

Solid architectural understanding of web platforms, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based environments

Ability to provide technical leadership, guide delivery teams, and influence architecture and integration strategy

Experience supporting mergers & acquisitions involving digital platform integration

Background leading multidisciplinary technical teams in complex enterprise environments

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills; able to operate as both a hands-on architect and delivery leader
