The School of Hard Knocks is a fast-growing media and education company with a large social media following. They are seeking a Senior Sales Lead to engage in relationship-driven sales conversations with high-level founders and executives, focusing on both inbound and outbound opportunities.

Lead sales calls with founders, executives, and entrepreneurs
Handle inbound leads from content, ads, referrals, and our network
Conduct targeted outbound outreach to high-fit prospects
Manage your own calendar, pipeline, and follow-up
Advance deals that may close over multiple conversations
Maintain clear notes, next steps, and deal stages
Identify and research high-quality prospects
Send personalized outreach aligned with our brand and positioning
Leverage content, interviews, and social proof in conversations
Represent the School of Hard Knocks brand professionally
Maintain discretion and trust with high-profile clients
Act as a long-term partner, not a transactional salesperson
Qualification
Required
Experience closing high-ticket B2B or service-based offers
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound sales
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to prospect thoughtfully without scripts or spam tactics
Organized and consistent with follow-up
Available to work U.S. business hours
Preferred
Background in agencies, consulting, or professional services
Experience selling marketing, branding, or media services
Familiarity with referral- or network-driven sales
Experience working in fast-moving, founder-led environments
