Responsibilities

Manage scheduling and publishing content workflows across NowThis social platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Create engaging visual content (memes, carousels, and Instagram Stories) to drive audience engagement

Collaborate with Editorial and Revenue teams to align content promotion and messaging

Monitor social channels and assist with community management

Track performance and compile analytics to inform content strategy

Contribute to editorial and campaign strategy discussions

Assist in real-time social coverage during events and tentpole moments

Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (like Sprout Social, Later, or native tools)

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Self-starter mentality with high drive and ability to take ownership of projects

Adaptability to a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

Understanding of current meme culture and internet trends

Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance content creation and workflows
