Responsibilities
Provide targeted, evidence-based assessments and interventions in brief 30-minute appointments for a wide range of behavioral, chronic medical, and health conditions
Act as a core member of the Primary Care team. Participate in daily huddles, facilitate "warm handoffs" from providers, and offer expert consultation on patient care
Develop, teach, and oversee health education classes for patients. Provide training to primary care staff to enhance the integration of behavioral health services
Utilize a stepped-care approach to maximize patient access. Monitor treatment effectiveness with measurable outcomes and ensure timely, concise documentation
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship required
Must have practiced as a licensed independent practitioner within the past two years
Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology
A current, active, valid, and unrestricted clinical license to practice Psychology independently from a U.S. State, the District of Columbia, Commonwealth, territory, or jurisdiction is required
Candidates will have completed an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited doctoral graduate program and an APA accredited predoctoral internship
