They are seeking an experienced home-based Health & Safety and Fire Consultant to conduct health and safety and fire risk assessments, providing consultancy support to clients in the property sector.

Responsibilities
Undertake general health and safety and fire risk assessments
Provide consultancy support and advice to clients in the commercial and residential property sector
Travel to various sites as required for assessments and client assistance
Qualification
Required
High level qualification and relevant experience in H&S, Environmental Health, Fire, or related subject
Experience in undertaking site based H&S / Fire Risk Assessments
Thorough knowledge of relevant UK standards and codes
Proven technical ability
Good report writing, IT and communication skills
Full driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel to sites
