Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst role focuses on supporting sales operations activities, maintaining data accuracy, and implementing AI-driven process optimizations to enhance efficiency within the sales organization.

Responsibilities

Support quoting, pricing, and approval workflows in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established processes
Maintain clean, complete, and reliable sales data across Salesforce and integrated systems
Build and update reports and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline, bookings, and forecasting
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to streamline the quote-to-order process and resolve operational bottlenecks
Partner with senior team members to identify and implement automation and AI-driven process improvements
Assist with process documentation, enablement materials, and training for sales and operational stakeholders
Provide redundancy and cross-coverage across Sales Ops functions to ensure business continuity
Contribute to a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement within Revenue Operations

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related business operations role
Strong Salesforce experience required; Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, with familiarity in CPQ and Revenue Cloud, preferred
Proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, with familiarity in CPQ and Revenue Cloud, preferred
Familiarity with HubSpot, Clari, and Spiff is considered a plus
