They are seeking a mid- to senior-level Software QA Engineer with strong Salesforce testing experience to build robust automation frameworks and reduce manual testing as they transition to Salesforce Health Cloud.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test strategies for Salesforce
Build and maintain automated test suites to reduce reliance on manual testing
Test Salesforce configurations, integrations, workflows, and data models
Perform functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and UAT testing
Collaborate closely with release management using Copado
Execute pre-release validation and post-release smoke testing
Support automation across UI, API, and data validation layers
Proactively identify quality risks and production-impacting issues early in the SDLC
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous QA improvement
Qualification
Required
Hands-on Salesforce testing experience (Health Cloud strongly preferred not required)
Strong automation experience using tools such as Cypress and Ghost Inspector
Experience validating Salesforce integrations and APIs
Familiarity with Copado for Salesforce release management preferred
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to create clear, maintainable test plans and automated test suites
Experience with TestRail or similar test case management tools
Experience in Jira or similar
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Experience testing applications with AI-enabled features or AI-assisted workflows is strongly preferred
Ability to validate AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and reliability
Comfort testing systems where expected outcomes may vary rather than produce a single deterministic result
Interest in helping define and mature QA practices for AI-enabled tools as adoption increases
