Build a long-term career with opportunities for income growth and leadership advancement
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A desire to lead, coach, and mentor others
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic
Ability to obtain state insurance licenses (training and support provided)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in sales, leadership, business, or customer-facing roles is a plus (but not required)
