Account Based Marketing Manager
SoTalent is seeking a dynamic Integrated ABM Manager to lead targeted, multichannel campaigns that deepen engagement with high-value accounts and accelerate pipeline growth for their IT Services offerings. The role involves blending creativity with data, partnering closely with Sales, and designing personalized ABM experiences.
Responsibilities
Build and execute personalized 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM campaigns
Partner with Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success to align on account strategies
Lead multichannel campaigns using paid media, events, email, social, and custom content
Leverage Salesforce, Demandbase, Marketo, and LinkedIn to track engagement and optimize performance
Create compelling, account‑specific assets such as videos, templates, and tailored content
Train and support field teams on ABM tactics, engagement strategies, and follow‑up best practices
Travel periodically for strategic business needs (a few times per year)
Qualification
Required
7+ years in B2B marketing within IT Services
3+ years of hands‑on ABM experience
Expertise with Marketo, Demandbase, Salesforce, and LinkedIn marketing tools
Proven track record of delivering high‑ROI demand generation and ABM programs
Strong communication, project‑management, and analytical abilities
