Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from programming through construction administration
Translate client goals, budgets, and schedules into functional, code-compliant designs
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver fully integrated solutions
Lead client meetings, design workshops, and stakeholder presentations
Oversee construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and site visits
Maintain design quality, technical accuracy, and constructability across projects
Qualification
Required
Licensed Architect with a B.Arch or M.Arch
10+ years of professional experience, including K–12 and commercial/private-sector projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Experience in an integrated architecture and engineering firm
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
