Responsibilities

Play a central role in the management of client activation program(s) including original content, brand integrations and entertainment partnerships across TV, film, and digital
Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to corporate clients, brand managers, agencies, producers, executives, vendors and any other relevant parties involved in activations
Regular interaction and proactive outreach to industry partners and executives to source opportunities for clients
Participate in the development and execution of activations and customized programs that meet client objectives
Project management of partnership execution
Assist with the creation of marketing and program materials to support initiatives
Management of internal tracking documents and monthly client reports
Support team with research requests
Monitor entertainment industry news and trends and identify opportunities for engaging on behalf of clients

Required

Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 3-4 years of talent agency, entertainment marketing, or entertainment industry experience
Working knowledge of the entertainment industry, including trends, buyers, talent, creators and content
Experience working with client, internal teams and other agency partners
Team player with a positive attitude
Superior client relationship/service skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, proactive and able to take initiative
Strong problem-solving skills, solutions-oriented and resourceful
Detail-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through. Accuracy and thoroughness in the execution of assigned tasks
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and maintain organization at a high volume
Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment
Friendly and open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Ability to travel ~25% of the time
