Responsibilities
Act as the central point of contact for all incoming client onboardings at the intermediary level and any maintenance of the investment advisory agreement. These requests include the following:
Coordinating contract details with Sterling legal and the client for various contract types and asset classes
Assisting in any due diligence related to the onboarding of a new intermediary client
Processing any amendments to the investment advisory agreement to add or remove products
Spearheading ad hoc projects with internal teams
Facilitate communication with current and potential clients
Peer review teammates work in order to provide exceptional client service
Act as a main point of contact for client strategists to onboard new intermediary sponsor
Initial escalation point for day-to-day client requests and account maintenance
Qualification
Required
University degree, college diploma or relevant working experience
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Solid computer skills with ability to learn and proficiently use several software packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and experience working under strict deadlines
Self-motivated and ability to work independently but also with diverse individuals/groups
Must be an effective multi-tasker
Preferred
Prefer experience with Archer, Salesforce and FactSet
Prefer background in the financial industry
Four year bachelor's degree, preferably in finance
Preferred pursuit or completion of FINRA licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66)
