Responsibilities
Implement Eclipse Companion Product solutions to meet client requirements
Customize and configure Eclipse Companions software according to client specifications
Conduct Companion Product training sessions and provide support for clients
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and needs
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality
Achieve and exceed project goals and timelines
Continuously learn and apply new features and functionalities of Eclipse software
Qualification
Required
5+ years of applicable Epicor Eclipse Companion Product experience
Strong knowledge of and/or demonstrated success in the distribution industry
Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to travel up to 80%
Preferred
1+ year of consulting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Ability to meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time, performing work plans, identifying resource requirements, establishing priorities for available resources, and monitoring the performance of project tasks
Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently
Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including virtual presentations, with strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
