Responsibilities
Lead and motivate all warehouse personnel through daily development and coaching
Ensure every Delivery Driver is checked-in immediately upon his return to the warehouse; this includes the counting of all returned product, empties, pallets, and carts
Ensure all warehouse employees abide by company policies and procedures
Ability to lead forklift and pallet jack certification classes
Rotate product within the warehouse to make sure the oldest product is loaded for delivery first
Supervise all functions of 'Location Based Inventory' and 'Voice Picking' programs
Ensure warehouse, grounds and keg/pallet yards are kept clean
Must be able to work flexible shifts to accommodate peak times and seasonal selling periods
Adapt to any new responsibilities required by the Warehouse Manager
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Greater than 3 years of warehouse management experience
Strong leadership skills managing a non-exempt span of up to 30 full and part time employees
Self-starter with the ability to manage others efficiently and effectively
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work cohesively across multiple departments
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Preferred
A.A. or some college highly preferred
