Responsibilities
Oversee manufacturing equipment installations, space planning, and infrastructure projects
Support execution of projects to optimize energy use, reduce water, and cost of operation
Research equipment and evaluate new technologies for use within the facility
Interpret blueprints and technical documents
Create/Modify 2D CAD drawings
Oversee regulatory and permitting process with local and state governments
Apply LEAN principles to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering or similar
5+ Years of experience in Project Management, Facilities Engineering, Industrial Design or Construction
Project management experience
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
Ability to work with people that have varied levels of technical background
Preferred
Self-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Previous exposure to industrial design and maintenance/operation of facility systems
Experience with implementing energy or water reduction projects
Experience with semiconductor wafer fabrication sites
Ability to edit drawings using AutoCAD or Revit
Ability Interpret blueprints and technical documents
Understanding of applicable building codes and regulations
Understanding of semiconductor cleanroom requirements and construction
