Responsibilities
Assist with maintaining and organizing client lists for events
Help coordinate event logistics, including vendor communication, venue research, and scheduling
Support the preparation of event materials, ensuring they align with Newmark’s brand guidelines
Track and organize event-related expenses and assist with processing reports
Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and general coordination
Work closely with the VP of Content Development to organize and manage the video content pipeline
Assist in tracking video projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet quality standards
Ensure accuracy in how video content is categorized, labeled, and displayed across platforms
Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent and user-friendly video library
Provide administrative support for video-related tasks, including updates and basic troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with video content management or marketing tools is a plus but not required
