Senior LevelLockheed Martin is seeking a talented Industrial Engineer to join their Sustainment Industrial Engineering team. The role involves optimizing production through data-driven decision making and process improvements while supporting flightline and operations floor activities.

Responsibilities
Provide direct flightline and operations floor support, including creation of crew plans, burn down charts, and performance metrics to optimize production
Learn and apply aerospace Industrial Engineering principles to standardize processes and enable data-driven decision making
Own process improvement efforts, ensuring adoption while demonstrating results
Document your work and train stakeholders and peers
Qualification
Required
Experience with Statistical Analysis (Regression Analysis)
Experience with Database Operations (Data Mining, SQL Statements)
Ability to work autonomously when provided with work instructions
Bachelor's degree in an Industrial Engineering or science related discipline
Experience with SAP, SFM and Tableau
Experience in the aerospace industry and/or working with Military Partner / Customers
