Responsibilities
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash and bank reconciliations
Support month-end close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Prepare, review, and post journal entries across multiple accounts
Record, monitor, and reconcile accruals
Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including issue resolution and process tracking
Maintain general ledger accuracy through account reconciliations and variance analysis
Partner with internal teams to collect data and support reporting requirements
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
Provide assistance during internal and external audits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3 years of recent, full-cycle accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Accounting preferred
Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
SAP experience highly desirable
Other ERP systems a plus
