Responsibilities
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and a prioritized backlog for custom application development
Partner with product, engineering, QA, release, and data teams to ensure alignment across the SDLC
Support sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery practices
Assist in test planning, defect triage, and release readiness, including compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
Maintain concise, transparent reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions
Support change management activities such as stakeholder communication, training coordination, and adoption tracking
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of experience in application development environments, ideally in consulting or custom-build programs
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, requirements management, and multi-team coordination
Experience working with engineering, product, QA/testing, and Release Management teams
Familiarity with test planning, release activities, and governance processes
Excellent communication skills; able to work independently in fast-paced settings
Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and intermediate Excel
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience is a plus
Agile certifications (ScrumMaster/PSM, SAFe) or PMP would be nice to have
Exposure to modern application architectures, cloud services, and integration patterns is preferred
