Proactively develop marketing ideas for your clients
Maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and leaders

You've spent 5 years or more in Marketing on the client side or in the agency world
You have a solid working knowledge of project management principles
You are well-versed in general marketing, with an emphasis on digital, social, and retail
You're strategic and thoughtful in your approach to solving complex marketing problems
You have an ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and still execute flawlessly
You are a motivated self-starter with an uncanny ability to remain calm under stress
You have a sharp eye for detail, and you love the creative ideation process
You are a team player with exceptional written and oral communication skills
You excel and thrive in a fast-paced, retail environment
