Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate a team of canvassers to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets across various campaigns including sales, fundraising, and community outreach
Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies tailored to different neighborhoods and demographics
Train new team members on sales techniques, customer service excellence, communication skills, and safety protocols
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity
Coordinate door-to-door outreach efforts, telemarketing campaigns, and community events to maximize engagement
Foster positive relationships with community members, clients, and stakeholders through professional communication and negotiation skills
Monitor campaign progress through detailed reporting and analytics; adjust tactics as needed for optimal results
Qualification
Required
Proven supervising experience leading teams in canvassing, sales, or marketing environments
Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills in both bilingual (if applicable) and monolingual contexts
Demonstrated success in door-to-door sales or telemarketing campaigns with a focus on fundraising or community outreach
Ability to motivate others through active leadership, coaching, and strategic planning
Exceptional negotiation skills to handle objections and close engagements effectively
Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to develop compelling outreach initiatives
Preferred
Experience with fundraising efforts or non-profit campaigns is a plus
Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable for engaging diverse communities effectively
