They are seeking motivated interns to join the VyStar Insurance Agency for hands-on experience in the insurance industry, where interns will participate in client service, sales growth, and operational processes.

Responsibilities
Assist with policy inquiries, renewals, and coverage updates to ensure exceptional member experience
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during client interactions and support agents in generating new business leads
Participate in processing policies, managing documentation, and learning compliance requirements
Shadow insurance sales agents and actively contribute to client meetings, learning how products are marketed and sold
Conduct research to support targeted marketing campaigns and identify growth opportunities
Join team meetings, collaborate on projects, and contribute ideas to improve service and sales strategies
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited college/university
Rising college juniors, seniors, graduate students, or thrive scholars
Active Florida 440 CSR, 2044 Personal Lines, or 220 General Lines license OR ability to obtain a license within the first week of the program
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred
Preferred fields: Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, or Business Administration
GPA of 3.0+ preferred
Participation in college organizations and community activities is a plus
