Responsibilities
Leads sales efforts for assigned product lines to insure growth and profitability of the product lines
Provides leadership and guidance to field sales entities for division products
Facilitates training programs and promotional programs for the products he/she is responsible for
Keeps informed on competitive products, pricing and new product development
Identifies target markets/applications for division products
Is knowledgeable about industry economic and technological trends in target markets
Keeps management informed of competitive and market issues via monthly reports and other specially requested reports
Must continuously maintain the highest degree of customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction and people productivity
Qualification
Required
Four (4) year college degree with technical major preferred or equivalent experience
Five (5) years in selling/marketing position
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Travel up to 50%
