Maintain HSEQ documentation, training records, and compliance systems
Support OSHA, ISO, DOT/FMCSA, and client audits
Track incidents, corrective actions, and regulatory reporting
Administer fleet and DOT compliance records (Fleetio, ELDs, DQ files)
Coordinate safety and compliance training
Support insurance documentation and claims tracking
Generate compliance and performance reports for leadership
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in HSEQ, compliance, fleet, DOT, or related administration
Strong experience with compliance systems and data management
Working knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document control systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Preferred
