Business Development Associate
Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Business Development Associate who excels in building relationships and providing service excellence. In this role, you will support agents through personalized solutions and training, aiming for efficient problem resolution and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agents
Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering personalized support
Provide systems and product training to drive engagement and adoption
Resolve agent questions efficiently, striving for one-call resolution
Partner with business development and cross-functional teams to improve processes
Gather feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Associate degree required (or equivalent work experience); bachelor's preferred
3-5 years of customer service or sales support experience
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to train, coach, and support agents effectively
