Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners who have requested roofing or exterior services
Contact new leads within minutes of submission to maximize conversion
Follow a structured call flow while maintaining natural, conversational dialogue
Ask discovery questions, handle initial objections, and set firm, committed appointments
Accurately document call outcomes in CRM and call center platforms
Hit daily and weekly targets for speed to lead, call volume, and appointments set
Collaborate with sales and call center leadership to continuously improve performance
Qualification
Required
1-3 years in sales telemarketing, or customer facing roles
High school diploma or GED equivalency
Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles where upselling or persuasion are required
Comfortable having structured but natural conversations - not just reading a script
Strong ability to think on your feet, ask clarifying questions, and handle pushback
Consistency in effort during peak lead windows
Willingness to be coached and improve quickly
Motivated by earning potential and goal achievement
Ability to stay positive, motivated, and engaged throughout repetitive, high-volume calling blocks
Preferred
Experience with Five9, CXone, Service Titan, or similar CRM/call center tools
Experience with Home Services or equivalent
Familiarity with home services, roofing, or a willingness to learn
