Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, and industry partners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within HVAC and Plumbing markets
Schedule and conduct client meetings to review HVAC and plumbing solutions and options
Interpret plans and specifications to identify HVAC and plumbing scope requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to support project planning, pricing, and execution
Maintain general knowledge of applicable HVAC and plumbing codes and standards
Assist with bills of materials (BOMs), proposals, and project coordination
Track opportunities, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple priorities
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales or business development experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Zoom; construction or builder software a plus
Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Ability to travel locally to job sites and client meetings
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Preferred
Basic knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing systems
