Tadlock Roofing is a well-established company in the roofing industry, seeking motivated sales professionals to join their team. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will help homeowners with their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions while earning uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners (leads provided!) to assess their roofing needs and offer tailored solutions
Close deals and earn lucrative commissions by providing excellent customer service
Build relationships with clients, turning first-time customers into long-term referrals
Manage your pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and top-notch service
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience (B2C, in-home, or outside sales experience is a plus)
A self-starter attitude with a passion for closing deals and exceeding targets
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
A willingness to learn and grow in the roofing industry, all while having fun doing it!
Employment for this position is contingent upon a valid driver's license, a review of the candidate's motor vehicle record (MVR), and successful completion of a background investigation conducted in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws
