Responsibilities

Defining, launching, and driving mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core projects
Leading the planning and execution of high-impact programs, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
Resolving a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways
Creating a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc
Leading complex program management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting
Identifying potential risks and developing proactive mitigation strategies
Ensuring that programs are compliant with organizational policies
Driving the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions in program management
Conducting post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
Exercising delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs
Other responsibilities as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
10-12 Years work experience in the field of program management and contract negotiation and administration within the Aerospace/Military environment. Good knowledge of ITAR is a benefit
Use of Microsoft products and other tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Business suite of products, Adobe, Kiteworks and SAP
Expertise in managing complex programs, including risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and engagement
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively managing shifting priorities and demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges
