Responsibilities
Experience in flow cytometry, cell biology, molecular biology or equivalent research experience
Experience with primary cell culture or stem/progenitor cells, ideally muscle-related, or bone, ligament, tendon
Experience with murine models for cell transplantation/organoid generation
Demonstrated proficiency in molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, Western blotting, RNA/DNA isolation, cloning)
Hands-on experience with flow cytometry and/or spatial transcriptomics, and an understanding of population heterogeneity
Strong data analysis, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary research setting
HIPAA and human subjects research certification required if working with identifiable human samples
