Qualification

Required

Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience

Exceptional analytical and business skills

Strong credentials such as an LL.M. in Taxation, CPA designation, or experience at a large law firm or accounting firm

Substantial experience in advising on the tax aspects of real estate transactions

Experience with partnership taxation, particularly in real estate and complex joint ventures

Experience with opportunity zone funds, equity rollover transactions, and the formation, structuring and operation of investment funds

Ability to advise on high-profile transactions, including joint ventures for commercial, industrial, and multifamily real estate developments

Experience representing family offices, real estate developers and sponsors, registered investment advisors, and private equity and venture capital funds
