Required
1-3+ years of experience in tech, strategy, operations, consulting, banking or a related experience; High-growth startup experience is a plus
Ability to solve problems from first principles and develop strategic and tactical plans
Comfortable operating at both high-level and detailed levels
Action-oriented with a bias towards action and driving results
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, startup environments
Analytical skills with expertise in pulling data and modeling in Excel/Google Sheets
Strong relationship-building skills to influence and motivate people across various functions
Completed Bachelor's Degree
