Manager - Multimedia Education and Content
The Davis Phinney Foundation is dedicated to helping people with Parkinson’s live well today. The Manager – Multimedia Education & Content will oversee the production of digital educational programming, ensuring that multimedia content aligns with the Foundation's educational goals and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Sr. Manager – Content, take a lead role in the full production cycle for virtual educational content, including recording, editing, and finalizing webinars, virtual meetups, videos, and podcasts
Manage audio and video editing to ensure clarity, flow, accessibility, and brand consistency
Prepare final multimedia assets including captions, transcripts, graphics, written descriptions, and other supporting educational materials
Assist with coordinating and facilitating recordings, including technology setup, platform management, and speaker tech checks, and in-event online audience moderation as needed
Maintain internal production workflows, file organization, and quality standards
Publish completed multimedia content on YouTube, podcast channels, and other Foundation platforms
Collaborate with the Sr. Manager – Content, and Programs & Education team to develop annual and quarterly educational content priorities
Contribute to outlining session flow, interview guides, and learning-oriented framing for virtual content as needed
Recommend formats (webinar, podcast, short-form video, bilingual session, etc.) based on audience needs and program objectives
Track multimedia performance metrics (viewership, engagement, retention)
Identify trends in audience behavior and share insights to support continuous improvement
Research and implement ongoing best practices to maximize ad revenue and other earnings related to digital educational content
Coordinate with Marketing to support the distribution, promotion, and accessibility of multimedia content
Work collaboratively within Programs & Education to ensure multimedia production aligns with overall educational goals
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in multimedia production, digital education, audio/video editing, or related fields
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Production, Digital Learning, Health Education, Journalism, or equivalent experience
Advanced audio and video production skills, including experience with editing software
Strong understanding of virtual session facilitation and digital recording workflows
Ability to produce accessible, engaging educational content (captioning, transcripts, Spanish-language content)
Excellent organizational and project management abilities with attention to timelines and detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with speakers, staff, and external partners
Comfort working with complex health- or research-related subject matter and shaping it into accessible learning materials
High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness in working with diverse communities
Preferred
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Experience using pro-grade audio and video editing software—especially Adobe Audition and Adobe Premier Pro—strongly preferred
Experience producing virtual learning content or hosting virtual educational programs is a plus
Nonprofit or health-education experience preferred
