Responsibilities

Manages project activities including, but not limited to, developing protocols and guidelines, implementing procedures, tracking processes, and providing periodic evaluations and reports for the 'Together for a Better Tomorrow' program
Coordinates project activities and resources, including project records, in conjunction with the leadership team and other team members to ensure they are in line with business strategies and in accordance with project management standards
Establishes goals that support our 'Together for a Better Tomorrow' project delivery, problem solves and periodically travels to conduct meetings with team members and stakeholders to schedule and coordinate those activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Three years of project management/implementation or closely related experience to include some supervisory and stakeholder management experience

Preferred

A Class “C” vehicle operator's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
At least 3 years of related experience providing managerial support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, & writing)
Maintains attention to detail and utilizes sound judgment
Department of State Health Services (DSHS) certification, certified CHW and/or CHWI, Promotora Certification of Training, or ability to successfully complete Promotora Certification
Two years of related experience as a Community Health Worker working with Spanish-speaking community members, stakeholders, and completing research and outreach activities
Public relations and marketing experience
Experience with assisting or leading training efforts
Experience with short- and long-term planning
Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
Experience with large data collection and data management efforts
Experience with community-based participatory research efforts
