Senior Coordinator, Business Operations
Baylor College of Medicine is seeking to hire a Senior Coordinator, Business Operations to join the Division of Pediatrics Tropical Medicine and National School of Tropical Medicine. The role involves supporting deans, division heads, and faculty by coordinating financial and business processes, processing personnel transactions, and managing day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities
Coordinates the day to day business and financial processes for the department
Processes personnel related transactions in SuccessFactors. Coordinates with Human Resources as required
Submits positions for approval through the position management process
Coordinates with the International Services Office regarding visa requests for new employees and visa extensions for current employees
Schedules interviews on behalf of the hiring managers and supported faculty
Manages faculty reappointments and renewals
Monitors financial activity by compiling, reviewing, and reconciling financial accounts
Reviews expenditures from fund sources to verify accuracy, need, and compliance
Assists with credentialing and onboarding faculty and staff
Coordinates department meetings, events, retreats, and other functions
Provides additional support to faculty as needed
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Four years of relevant experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Human Resources experience
Travel coordinator experience
Experience using Concur
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in SAP S4 Hana
