Financial Analyst
Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a Financial Analyst to support day-to-day, quarterly, and annual accounting and budgeting activities. This role helps translate financial data into clear reporting and projections that support leadership decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Set up and maintain program budgets within the enterprise financial system
Prepare and support monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis
Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entry support
Support quarterly and annual financial statement preparation
Reconcile subsidiary ledgers and general ledger accounts
Identify opportunities to improve processes while maintaining strong internal controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance (minor in Accounting preferred)
3 to 5+ years of experience reconciling subsidiary ledgers and general ledger accounts
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; experience with enterprise financial systems a plus (e.g., PeopleSoft)
