Responsibilities
Preparing corporate governance documents
Coordinating logistics for quarterly Board and annual owner meetings
Assisting in mergers & acquisitions and major refinancing activities
Conducting legal research
Supporting senior lawyers with litigation and investigation matters
Coordinating progress on cross‑functional initiatives
Working with independent auditors during annual audits and quarterly reviews
Assisting with related corporate governance functions
Providing key support to the Company’s Compliance program
Assisting with third‑party due diligence
Logging and synthesizing investigation data
Supporting policy governance
Helping develop and deliver training
Reviewing conflicts of interest and gift disclosures
