Responsibilities

Enhances the lives of residents and staff through creating opportunities that enrich mind, body, and spirit
Responsible for meeting all Generations Vitality program standards
Communicates the Vitality philosophy and the benefits of participating to staff and residents both verbally and by example
Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions with others

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient

Preferred

Memory Care Coordinator or Director experience
Knowledge of Montessori programming
Weekend availability
