Responsibilities
Manage multiple plant engineering projects under the direction of the Plant Engineer and in collaboration with Plant personnel
Lead project research phase to effectively scope out projects and develop possible solutions
Use 3D modeling software to design solutions for plant engineering projects
Work with external contractors or use plant resources to fabricate and implement designed solutions
Work with plant personnel to review and analyze the implemented solution
Attend meetings related to plant safety, quality, and production
Assist Plant Engineer with daily plant engineering tasks
Qualification
Required
3D modeling experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Excellent communication abilities
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
Preferred
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
