Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Handle QuickBooks functions including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and expense tracking
Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and assist with financial reporting
Support HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and maintaining employee records
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure operational excellence
Plan and organize internal meetings, company events, and staff communications
Serve as a central point of contact for administrative and HR matters for staff and leadership
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in office management, administration, or workplace operations
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools such as Slack
Experience coordinating meetings, events, and vendor relationships
Bachelor's degree
QuickBooks: 5 years

Preferred
Experience supporting HR functions in a small business or service-based environment
