Responsibilities
Lead raw material inventory strategy and analytics across the global supply chain network
Enhance and monitor RMD KPIs to support sustainable supply and strong supplier relationships
Drive forums and decision-making discussions related to materials impacting allocation and supply continuity
Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional supply chain projects
Develop and maintain system-based analytics for raw material master data and supply forecasting
Partner with Procurement, External Supply, Manufacturing, Quality, and Process Development teams to support inventory planning
Manage inventory health and oversee dashboards including scrap, target inventory, and network performance metrics
Document issues, decisions, and action items from meetings and project sessions to ensure accountability and progress
Support capacity projects, scrap reduction, and supply chain sustainability initiatives
Facilitate workshops and Kaizen events and support the Director of Supply Chain with project execution
Perform network-wide raw material inventory assessments using designated planning and analytics tools
Partner with RMD category leads, procurement, and external supply to develop sourcing and inventory strategies
Monitor inventory health and maintain dashboards supporting planning accuracy and supply visibility
Enhance analytics capabilities to improve forecasting, signaling, and supply planning cycles
Support projects tied to supply visibility, capacity planning, scrap reduction, and sustainability initiatives
Track deliverables, document meeting outcomes, and ensure cross-functional teams maintain progress
Facilitate improvement workshops and process optimization initiatives
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in SAP ERP and RapidResponse environments (raw material planning focus)
Experience with analytics tools such as Smartsheet, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, Databricks
Ability to lead and manage complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
Strong technical and business understanding of SAP ERP and RapidResponse in supply planning workflows
Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Operations processes
Proficiency with visualization and analytics tools (Smartsheet, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, Databricks)
Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional supply chain projects
Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to senior leadership and cross-domain teams
Preferred
Previous or current experience in a Supply Chain Manager role
Experience supporting global supply chain teams in a regulated industry
