Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development
Track and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve skills and efficiency
Ensure training programs emphasize safety, proper moving techniques, and adherence to company policies
Greet customers upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises
Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer’s belongings
Work with a team of movers to load and unload moving trucks
Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection
Safely drive and maneuver a box truck
Qualification
Required
Must be 21 years of age
Valid driver's license
Good driving record over the last 5 years
Reliable transportation to/from work
Willing to authorize a background check
Willing to undergo pre-employment drug screen
Preferred
Moving experience preferred
