Educate new families entering the program and help them take their next steps confidently
Offer alternative solutions when families are not eligible, connecting them to other helpful community resources
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience delivering exceptional customer service
Comfort managing high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and active listening skills
