Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident care, sales and marketing, financial performance, and staff management
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve community goals and objectives
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including state and federal guidelines
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a high-performing team
Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community
Manage the community budget and ensure financial viability
Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Represent the community at local events and participate in community outreach activities
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of successful management experience in assisted living or a related healthcare setting
Proven leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations (if applicable)
