Responsibilities
Elicit requirements through interviews, workflow analysis, workshops, and surveys
Document business process descriptions, business requirements, use cases, and user stories
Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to define technical vision and evaluate usability vs. performance tradeoffs
Analyze potential solutions against business needs and financial impact to recommend the best-fit approach
Engage internal and external client communities throughout all project lifecycle stages, from requirements to implementation
Lead and facilitate business requirements and data analysis/modeling sessions
Support QA through collaboration with quality assurance teams and validation activities
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing across client teams and third‑party partners
Work with business units to define milestones, requirements, and solution approaches
Lead small‑scale projects by managing scope and ensuring needed capabilities are in place
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success working in Agile environments
Proven ability to write clear business requirements, use cases, and user stories
Strong understanding of data structures, data integration, and data warehousing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to influence and lead without authority
Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
Team‑oriented mindset and continuous improvement mentality
Preferred
Experience working with web applications, client‑facing websites, or partnering with UI/UX teams
