Responsibilities
Performs in-line visual inspections and specified quality tests on finished products during various stages of production
Identifies particulates, product defects or deviations using visual inspection and testing to ensure compliance with established quality standards
Compares results of inspections and tests to company’s quality standards; reports results to supervisor
Collaborates with supervisors to recommend appropriate corrective actions for non-conforming products
Maintains accurate records of inspection results, including logs, charts, and quality reports for use by production and quality assurance teams
Ensures all inspection and testing activities are documented in compliance with company procedures and quality control standards
Maintains quality records as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Normal Vision Acuity (20/20 eyesight, with or without correction) is required
Must be able to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment
High School Diploma or equivalent required
The ability to detect fine defects, contamination, or inconsistencies in transparent or semi-transparent materials
Must be able to distinguish color differences and subtle visual indicators
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to read and interpret quality standards, work instructions, and safety guidelines
Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred
