Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service while processing routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
Answer customer inquiries and help educate them about IBC’s products and services
Ensure the accuracy of customer transactions and assist in resolving customer inquiries
Promote and cross-sell bank products by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions
Assist with branch operations, including maintaining accurate cash records and following security protocols
Work collaboratively with team members to meet branch goals and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities
Participate in community outreach initiatives, reinforcing IBC’s commitment to giving back
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented, with a desire to learn and grow within the company
Ability to Commute: Lindsay, OK 73052 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Lindsay, OK 73052: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or banking
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
