Performance & Distribution Coordinator
JUICE HOUSE is a full-service creative agency specializing in brand strategy and content marketing. They are seeking a Performance & Distribution Coordinator to manage and optimize creative work across paid and organic channels, ensuring effective distribution and measurable results.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns (primarily Meta; TikTok as needed)
Support audience setup, budget pacing, creative swaps, and basic optimization
Monitor performance and identify trends tied to creative and messaging
Coordinate organic posting across Instagram and TikTok
Monitor performance and engagement to flag high-performing content
Identify opportunities to amplify organic content through paid
Pull weekly performance snapshots across paid and organic channels
Surface clear, actionable insights — not just metrics
Share learnings with creative and production teams to inform future content
Work closely with editors and creative leadership to test, refresh, and iterate assets
Help maintain consistency across creative while supporting rapid iteration
Qualification
Required
2–4 years experience in paid social, performance marketing, or digital distribution
Comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager
Strong understanding of social-first content and short-form formats
Organized, responsive, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments
Clear communicator who can summarize performance without unnecessary jargon
Preferred
Experience with local or multi-location businesses is a plus
