Human Resources Service Delivery Analyst

Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the HR Service Center mailbox and ticket queues, responding to employee and manager inquiries within established service level agreements (SLAs)
Resolve routine HR questions related to onboarding, employment verification, system navigation, policies, and basic HR transactions
Escalate or route complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate HR functional team while maintaining ownership through resolution
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee and candidate information
Initiate, track, and monitor background checks and drug screenings for candidates, coordinating with third-party vendors and communicating status updates to candidates and hiring managers
Monitor onboarding workflows in Dayforce to ensure completion of all required tasks, following up with managers and new hires to address delays or missing information
Complete new hire records in Dayforce by entering required data not captured through requisitions or upstream processes
Ensure all required new hire documentation (e.g., offer letters, I-9s, acknowledgments) is accurately uploaded and attached to employees’ electronic personnel files
Communicate offer rescinds in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring legal compliance and confidentiality
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within Dayforce, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls
Manage and administer system access for HR-related platforms, including Dayforce and background screening systems (e.g., HireRight), ensuring appropriate access levels and timely provisioning/deprovisioning
Support audits and reporting by ensuring documentation completeness and system accuracy
Administer HR programs such as stay bonuses or similar initiatives by generating, tracking, and distributing required communications and letters
Coordinate the ordering and distribution of required Labor Law posters for new locations, acquisitions, or regulatory updates, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
Assist with process documentation, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Service Center
Participate in HR operational projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives as assigned
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve employee experience, and enhance service delivery through better use of Dayforce and HR tools
Support peak periods and cross-train within the HR Service Center to ensure business continuity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
2–4 years of experience in an HR operations, HR shared services, or HR administrative role
Hands-on experience with an HRIS required; Dayforce experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting onboarding, pre-employment screening, I-9, and employee data management
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of basic employment laws and HR compliance practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree specifically in Human Resources or a related discipline
Experience working in a high-volume, multi-location, or shared services HR environment
Advanced experience with Dayforce, including onboarding workflows, recruiting integrations, document management, reporting, or security roles
Familiarity with third-party HR vendors such as HireRight or similar background screening providers
Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements (I-9, FLSA, background check regulations)
Experience supporting HR programs such as incentive, bonus, or retention initiatives
Experience ordering and managing compliance-related materials such as Labor Law posters
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, data issues, or process improvement opportunities
Experience participating in HR projects, system implementations, or process improvement initiatives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
