Responsibilities
Organize, launch, and manage working groups focused on specific initiatives such as:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, objectives, and deliverables
Translate functional and technical inputs from working groups into actionable documentation
Create and manage risk registries
Identify and monitor cross-workstream dependencies to ensure milestone achievement
Schedule and facilitate working group meetings
Track progress, document decisions, and follow up on action items
Implement and manage effective communication frameworks across working groups
Provide regular status updates and escalation support to strategic leadership
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of project management experience
Proven experience managing projects in life sciences data management
Proven experience managing projects in bioinformatics
Proven experience managing projects in data strategy environments
Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills, with the ability to bridge technical teams and leadership
Ability to understand bioinformatics and data management terminology and translate requirements into execution plans
Preferred
Proficiency in Smartsheet and Confluence
Familiarity with Code Ocean or similar platform integrations
